Announcements
MAKE-UP Exam will be held on August 19, 2026 Wednesday between 12:30 - 14:10.
Only Student who have valid medical reports CAN ATTEND MAKE-UP EXAM!
If you have any problem with your medical report, please consult the medical center.
FINAL EXAM covers the topics from CH 26(included) to CH 31(included).
Exam will be held at P-A01 Class.
DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR FOR THE EXAM. ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT( Smartphone, smart watch etc. ) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED DURING THE EXAM.
Students have to bring their Student Identity Cards with visible profile photo on it for exam attendance. If your profile photo is not visible on your student ID card, you should also bring citizenship ID card.

Exam Places are HA03 and HA04. Exam Places(according to SURNAMES) and seating plan for each class will be announced at 12:15 on corresponding class doors before the exam. Check your class and your desk at your class immediately. Proctors will help you to find your desk in the class.

Usual(face to face) lectures will be held at Z-13 Architecture Auditorium. Please check your lecture schedule(click the link)!
Lectures on July 6-10 week will not be held due to NATO Summit Holiday. For this;
Make up(additional) lectures(ONLINE) will be held on July 20-24 week(between 19:00-21:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in addition to usual face to face lectures. ONLINE course link and attendance button will be avaliable on July 20, Monday.
Since midterm exam will be held on June 24, 2026 Friday 13:45, all students(sec1-2) are strongly advised to attend Make up(additional) lectures(ONLINE) on July 20-24 week.
Make up(additional) lectures(ONLINE) will be held on July 27-31 week(between 19:00-21:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in addition to usual face to face lectures. ONLINE course link and attendance button will be avaliable on July 27, Monday.
NEXT LABORATORY SESSION for section 1-2 will be held on July 16, Thursday 2026 between 11:20 - 13:10.

Quizzes will be held on Thursdays (online) via webonline between 22:00 - 22:20. You will have 15 minutes to complete your quiz session. There will be two questions in each quiz. Use your scientific calculator to reach the correct answer. Quiz will be graded out of 100 points(50 points for each question). You can see schedule of quizzes on the course website - Syllabus.
You will have only one attempt for the quizzes which will be graded!
Laboratories will be held at H-340 (Phys132 Lab).
There will be laboratory beginning from the first week .

You can get your PHYS132 laboratory manual form PHOTOCOPY OFFICE on the campus.
80 % attendance for laboratory work are compulsory.
60 % attendance for theoretical lectures are compulsory.
